Little boys. Little boys and dirt. This day probably ranks among the best ever for Ben. It made us feel good too.

The last cool day for him to wear this, it's just starting to fit!

Big babies

I'm quite certain that I came from the hospital with only one baby, yet there were three in my living room this afternoon.

This is definitely a real baby, and the hand's free sling is really working for both of us.


I'm not so sure about this baby, he's not fooling me.


That is way too much hair for a baby, she's not fooling me either!


Well, this was a lot of fun for the kids, and pretty amusing to me too!

All I could ask for

It was my birthday today. I had a really great day. My kids finally actually understood that something wasn't for them, and they can be happy making someone else happy. Can you ask for more than that? I feel like I have more right now than some people have in an entire lifetime. So, bring on the birthdays, I'm ready!

Daddy entertained all three kids at the same time while I chilled on the couch!


I needed a little help with all those candles I guess.

One Month Today!

Wow, a month! Sometimes it feels like more, and sometimes less. But, as the time flies by I feel like I know Jefferson more and more. He's changing quickly, as you can see, he was actually awake for his picture today and bright eyed. He loves to sit in his chair and look up toward the light in the window. He's somewhat more happy than he has been, and we're still figuring out how to keep him that way!
